Rate yourself using the following scale.
1 = Never 2 = Rarely 3 = Sometimes
4 = Often 5 = Always
1. I know my affirmations and repeat them regularly. 2. I state my requests as positive declarations of what I want. "Arrive to work on time in the future" rather than "Don't be lat tomorrow." 3. When repeating my affirmations, I visualize them as a reality. I see them, feel them, taste them and smell them. 4. I state my affirmations in Present tense as if they are occurring right now. 5. When I find myself thining negative, self- sabotaging thoughs, I replace them with positive, self-affirming thoughts.
21-25 THUMBS UP. You are really utilizing positive self talk.
16-20 KEEP IT UP. You are moving in the right direction.
11-15 KICK IT UP. Increase your positive self talk to see some great changes.
5-10 START UP. Take time to incorporate affirmations into your routine.
