1. I know my affirmations and repeat them regularly.
2. I state my requests as positive declarations of what I want. “Arrive to work on time in the future” rather than “Don’t be late tomorrow.”
3. When repeating my affirmations, I visualize them as a reality. I see them, feel them, taste them and smell them.
4. I state my affirmations in Present tense as if they are occurring right now.
5. When I find myself thinking negative, self-sabotaging thoughts, I replace them with positive, self-affirming thoughts.
